On this episode, Kate discusses what she's learned about mindset, negative thought patterns, the subconscious, neuroplasticity, and more! She discusses how patterns of thought shape our reality and create the lens through which we see the world. Neuroplasticity tells us that we are not chained to our thought patterns and we have the ability to create new neural pathways in the brains, therefore, changing our reality. Kate tells us how she has practiced new thought patterns to feel better and accept diabetes as a part of her life.
